San Francisco May Regulate Blogging

Just when you thought that the blogosphere was safe from an attempt by the FEC to muzzle it, now San Francisco will try it. Supervisor Sophie Maxwell has written legislation that will force San Francisco bloggers to register with the Ethics Commission there.
