OF POLLS, ENDORSEMENTS AND DESPERATION

There has been a load of good news for Mitt Romney over the last few days.  A projection of election results has it for Romney, 52-45.  The latest Rasmussen poll for Ohio has Romney up 2 for the first time.  Romney continues to be over 50% in the Gallup polls.

As for endorsements, most of the newspapers have made their endorsements as expected, with the major exception of the Des Moines  Register, which for the first time in 40 years endorsed a republican, Mitt Romney.   The Obama campaign took this endorsement for granted.  This is evidenced by Stephanie Cutter, claiming the endorsement was not based in reality.  As for early voting, Gallup is showing a 22 point drop for Obama from 2008.  Now Reuters is questioning how important Ohio really is.

Fat Mikey Moore and Moveon.org have produced an internet video featuring foul mouthed seniors making threats against Romney and otherwise lambasting republicans.  Be warned that the language here is very sailor like.  Another ad exploits children who sing about how their parents voted for Romney and destroyed their world.  

You feel and smell the desperation in the Obama camp.  As we get closer to election day, expect the worst from the Obama campaign.

IS THIS WHY THEY LIED ABOUT BENGHAZI?

Doug Hagmann, in an article in the Canada Free Press, has revealed what he believes is the real reason for the Benghazi cover up.  His sources tell him that the reason Ambassador Stevens went to Benghazi with minimal security was to have a meeting with his Turkish counterpart because a covert operation to send arms to the Syrian rebels via Turkey and other countries had been compromised by the Russians.

The Russians are big supporters of Assad and there is speculation in the article that the attacks in Benghazi were conducted by Iranians at the behest of Russia.  Russia would not want to be involved in military operations against US forces.  As many as three teams of Iranians may have been involved here.   

The political ramifications for the Obama administration are staggering.  If Iran were involved here, the American people would demand retaliation and Obama has been very soft on Iran, especially during the "Green Revolution" in Iran, when Obama by default supported the mullahs.  

While this article sheds some light onto what happened in Benghazi, it does not excuses the administration's failure to send troops to rescue our people.  There are rumors that two generals were relieved of their commands, one specifically for having a strike force preparing to go into Benghazi.  I will have more on this as soon as I can confirm some details.

BENGHAZI COVERUP - REQUESTS FOR HELP DENIED

First. I have to say that Jennifer Griffin deserves a Pulitzer Prize for her hard wonk on this!  This article sights sources who were on the ground during the terrorist attack.  Requests for military assistance from the CIA Annex were denied, first on the attack on the consulate and later when the annex was attacked, several hours later.  This article reports the denials came from the CIA, however, General Petraeus, head of the CIA has categorically denied that anyone at any level of the CIA denied the requests for help.

When former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods and others were ready to respond to the attack on the Ambassador, they were told to "stand down".  According to sources, they were told to "stand down" a second time.  Woods and two others responded any way and found the consulate on fire.  Not being able to find the Ambassador,  they returned to the annex.

When the annex came under attack, a request was made and denied for military assistance.  The team was in constant radio contact with headquarters, so lack of communication was not an issue.  One member of the team was manning a heavy machine gun on the roof and they had at least one laser designator to illuminate targets.  A request for an AC-130 Spectre gunship was also denied.  The fighting at the annex went on for four hours, there was sufficient time to scramble F/A18's from Sigonella Naval Air Station in Sicily which was about 480 miles away.  It is important to remember the the team at the annex had at least one laser designator.  For those not familiar with this device, it is used to guide laser guided bombs to the targets.

Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta, claimed that there was not a clear enough picture of what was occurring on the ground to send additional force to rescue those at the annex.  In the opinion of many military experts and in my opinion, this is unmitigated bullcrap!  There were drones in the air and there were two former Navy SEALs on the ground who are well trained in assessing the combat situation on the ground.  Again, remember there were no communications issues.

The American public and more importantly, the families of those killed, deserve the truth on what happened and why the was no attempt to send the military into Benghazi.

What did the civilian command authority know and when did they know it.  Who gave the orders to deny military assistance and who will be held accountable!

VOTER FRAUD IN OHIO?

So it begins.  Dems are busing Somalis to polling places and telling them how to vote!  What ever happened to the requirement that a person had to show a proficiency in English to become a citizen?  According to the article, eye witnesses observed the dem interpreters instructing the Somalis to vote brown which meant to vote the dem line.  There were no republican interpreters around.

This brings up the question if the voter cannot speak any English, what is their citizenship status.  Just another reason for voter ID laws!

UN HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL CALLS FOR BOYCOTT

The UN Human Rights Council, ( members includes Qatar, Libya, Cuba, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and China),

is calling for a boycott of companies doing business with Israel, targeting American companies such as Caterpillar and  Hewlet-Packard.  Along with the boycott, the UN HRC is threatening legal action against those companies and their employees.

Because of the countries that make up the UN HRC, the Bush administration refused to participate, but the Obama administration joined as soon as Obama was sworn in.  

"The report attempts to instigate a campaign of boycott, divestment, sanctions, and legal action against a litany of international companies doing business in Israel. In addition to American companies, the U.N. targets include major European firms such as Veolia Environnement, Group 4 Security, the Dexia Group, the Volvo Group.

“The costs to companies and businesses of failing to respect international humanitarian law are considerable,” the report warns, “including damage to a company’s public image, impact on shareholder decisions and share price and could result in employees being criminally responsible for rights abuses.”

The report warns American employees of targeted companies that they face legal risks.

“Employees of companies can face investigation and prosecution for human rights violations committed irrespective of where the violation was committed.”"

The UN once again attempts to take more of our sovernreignty away and Obama seems to be okay with this.  

A note to those Jewish voters who support Obama, Israel is under attack by the UN with Obama's approval! 

OBAMA CAMPAIGN TAKING FOREIGN DONATIONS?

The Obama campaign has accepted contributions from a foreign national. According to an article in the New York Post, Chris Walker, a British citizen, was able to make two $5.00 donations through the Obama campaign website.  He used an Arkansas address and a New York zip code and the donations went through.  

Mr. Walker then tried at Romney's web site and the transaction was rejected as the address given and the address on the card.  Further, the Romney site then asked for the three digit code on the back of the card. 

The Obama campaign took in some $2,000,000.00 from donors that did not provide zip codes or incomplete zip codes according to the FEC for September.  One wonders how many of these donations were actually from foreign nationals.  The Obama campaign claims it is only a minor technical glitch.  Strikes me that that much money in questionable donations is more than minor.

NOTHING TO SEE HERE

So much for the most transparent administration in history.  The Obama administration has stopped issuing reports, as required by law, on the $831 billion stimulus.  The stimulus law requires these reports.  As of today, there have not been any reports issued for 2012.  

One has to wonder why this administration will not release any quarterly reports on the stimulus?  Could it be that the stimulus has been a miserable failure and a colossal waste of borrowed money?  It is my opinion that it has been, what do you think?

PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE II

I thought Mitt Romney did well in this debate, considering he had to not only debate Obama, but also had to deal with Candy Crowley, who is obviously in the Obama camp.  Not only did she interrupt Romney 28 times, she also played fact checker on the Libyan  question and got it wrong,  She had to retract that, after the debate. Just as a point of information, the White House contradicts Obama and Crowley.  CNN later issued a defense of Crowley, saying she was superb as the moderator.  CNN merely confirmed that they to, are in the tank for Obama.

Quite frankly, Crowley threw Romney off with her incorrect defense of her tin god on this issue.  Obama still has not called what happened in Benghazi a terrorist attack. Romney also missed some other opportunities such as not challenging Obama on the Lily Ledbetter Act.  I would have wanted to know why the Obama White House pays women 18% less than men. Also, Romney should not ask Obama questions that Romney did not provide the answer first.

As for Obama, the only way he could have done worse than the first debate, would have been if he did not show up.  He did manage to get Romney's 47% comments in, but in a some what underhanded way, by injecting it into his closing statement, which Romney could not defend.

By now, we have all hears the arguments from the pundits, analysts and assorted others on who did better or won this debate.  As far as I am concerned, their opinions are of no consequence.  The folks that matter, the undecided voters, tell us that Romney was the winner.

JUST HOW DEEP IS THE NY TIMES IN THE TANK FOR OBAMA?

Pat Caddell, certainly no right winger, says it is very scary how far the times will go to prop up Obama.  If your only source of information is the NY Times, you would have no idea what has been happening in regards to Benghazi.  

On Fox News Sunday, Laura Ingram asked Jeff Zeleny, the NY Times political reporter, why the Times was camped out at Scooter Libby's house during the Plame affair, but not camped out at UN Ambassador Susan Rice's home.  Zeleny had that 'deer in the headlights' look, especially when Brit Hume agreed with Ingram.

Some one told Susan Rice what to say on those five Sunday shows she appeared on.  One would think that the Times, the self proclaimed paper of record, would want to know who told her.  Was it some one from the intelligence community or a political person, say maybe Axelrod or Jarrett.  

Caddell is spot on in calling the Times out of this.  One has to wonder just how close the relationship between the Times and the Obama campaign actually is!

HARRY REID'S WAR ON NEVADA

According to Sherman Frederick of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Harry Reid has been waging a war against Nevadans.  He points out three different situations to make his point.

Pumpkin Hollow Copper Project - This would have provided 800 jobs for a state that has the highest unemployment rate in the nation.  The City of Yerington needed to purchase about 10,400 acres of federal land.  Yerington sought legislation to do this and it passed the House 232 - 188.  So where is this legislation now?  Harry is sitting on it and when he gets around to it, it should contain a rider for a wilderness area.  No one knows why.

Nevada Clean Coal Power Plants - Two 1,500 megawatt clean coal power plants were slated to be built near Ely, Nevada.  This would have created 1,200 construction jobs and 200 permanent jobs.  Harry stopped the project, insisting that Nevada Power go to far more expensive renewable sources.

ENN Mojave Energy - Harry and the Feds gave some 1 billion dollars of taxpayer money to a firm owned by Communist China.  This project created 136 jobs in Nevada at a cost of $735,000 per job.  The original plan was for this to be built in Nevada and the energy sold to California.  California said no to the deal, so Harry tried to force Nevada Energy to buy the energy from his commie buddies and in doing so, close down two coal fired plants.  It should be noted that Harry's son is the lawyer for ENN.

I agree with Frederick that Harry Reid is screwing the citizens of Nevada.  In my opinion, Harry is just trying to pad his pockets and Nevadans be damned!

MORE ON BENGHAZIGATE

Our friends over at Powerline have put together a solid blog from State Department's transcript of the briefing on what happened in Benghazi.  According to the transcript, there was no spontaneous demonstration, still UN Ambassador Susan Rice claimed it was a spontaneous riot over some dumb video.  It seems clear that some one told Rice what to say.  The question is who told her?  It appears that thew State Department did not buy into this scenario.

It looks like there is going to be a blame game between the White House and State Department.  You can bet that the Clintons' are not going to allow Obama to place the blame on Hilary, as she still has hopes for a 2016 run for the White House.

So now it seems that Obama and Clinton will try and place blame on the intelligence community.  Old Joe Biden claims that they did not know more security was requested.  That would lay at the feet of State and Hilary.  

What I want to know is why the scene of this attack was never secured.  Why did it take the FBI three weeks to investigate the scene?  What ever evidence might have been there was surely compromised!

If Obama continues to try and blame State, you can be sure the Clintons' will some how find a way to toss it right back at Obama.

UN WANTS MORE CONTROL OF THE INTERNET

Looks like the UN wants to impose a fee on the internet as part of their plan to have more control of the internet.  This fee is gaining more support with African and Arab states, which we all know are mostly dictatorships or do not hold free and fair elections.  As far as I am concerned, this is nothing more than a money and power grab by the UN.

According to US Ambassador, Terry Kramer, this proposal by the European Telecommunications Network Operators' Association, would force US companies such as Google, Netflix and Facebook, to pay fees to network operators around the world.  This is just a tax on American companies which we who use the internet would have to pay.

This does nothing for innovation or promotion of growth for the internet.  The UN just wants more power and another source of revenue to redistribute.  Kramer warned that the US is gaining a reputation for opposing changes to the International Telecommunications Treaty.  As far as I am concerned, we should be opposed to any treaty that gives the UN more power over the internet!

CUTTER: BENGHAZI ONLY AN ISSUE BECAUSE OF ROMNRY/RYAN

In a lame attempt to deflect criticism of mishandling of the Benghazi terrorist attacks, proven liar Stephanie Cutter, is blaming Romney/Ryan for this being an issue.  The fact that the Obama administration misled the American people for political purposes is the reason this is a political issue.

The failure of this administration and Secretary of State Hilary Clinton to provide adequate protection for our Ambassador and the consulate in Benghazi is the issue.  It is an issue of failed leadership. 

When Romney criticized the embassy in Cairo for issuing an apology for a video that had little to do with the rioting there, he was roundly condemned.  Turns out he hit the nail on the head.  Then Obama and Clinton spent $70,000 of taxpayer money to run ads in Pakistan, apologizing for this idiotic video.  

Ambassador Rice then hit all the Sunday news shows claiming it was all over this video.  Jay Carney did his best Baghdad Bob imitation, claiming the same thing for days.  In the meantime, Obama and Biden continued to take victory laps on the killing of bin Laden.  I do not know about you, but I saw the signs in English and Arabic, claiming that there were 1.5 billion Osamas at all these demonstrations and riots in the Muslim world.  Could it be that all this spiking of the ball was one of the reasons, along with the anniversary of 9/11 for these riots and not so much some stupid video?

What we have here is an administration that has claimed, through their efforts, al Qaeda is all but gone and the Muslims will be so much more friendly to us.  They decided to cover up what happened or they would have to admit their Middle East policy is a failure, which it is.

Spin this all you want Cutter, but the fact is Obama has failed and this terrorist attack that killed four Americans falls squarely on the shoulders of this administration's failed policies.

VP DEBATE MODERATOR A FRIEND OF OBAMA?

It turns out the the moderator for the VP debate, Martha Raddatz, is a friend of Barak Obama.  Her former husband, Julius Genachowski,who was tapped by Obama to head up the Federal Communications Commission, were classmates at Harvard.  Obama was a guest at their wedding.

ABC News is trying to downplay all of this and sent out a pre-emptive  statement to several left wing outlets such as Politico and Huffington Post to bury the story.  One has to ask how impartial will Raddatz be, in light of the importance of this debate after the drubbing Obama received in his debate with Mitt Romney.

What I can not understand is why the republicans would accept left leaning moderators for all of the debates.

DUMBEST IDEA OF THE YEAR?

Just how dumb is this idea?  The President of the Cook County Board of Supervisors wants a "violence" tax on all firearms and ammunition sold in Cook County.  Toni Preckwinkle actually thinks this tax will reduce violence.  Her Chief of Staff, Kurt Summers, claims this tax will reduce the number of guns on the streets.  He also states that 1/3 of the guns recovered on Chicago streets were purchased in suburban gun shops.

Do these two really believe that those weapons were legally purchased by criminals, gang bangers and other miscreants?   If they do I have some great swamp land in Florida to sell them.

What this is, is a money and power grab.  The only people that will be impacted by this tax, will be law abiding citizens who can actually pass the background checks.  

Chicago has a history of claiming that the Second Amendment does not apply to the cities and states.  It took the Supreme Court in MacDonald v. The City of Chicago, Illinois  which finally affirmed that the Second Amendment applies to the several states and cities therein.  

This tax will do nothing to reduce the horrendous crime and murder rates in Chicago.  Only strict enforcement of current laws will help.

POLLS POLLS POLLS

The Romney post debate bounce continues.  Romney now leads in Ohio by 1%,  Quite frankly, I believe the margin is wider as this poll has 42% democrats, 33% republicans and 25% independents.  Rasmussen, is showing Romney up by 2% in the swing state poll.  This cannot be good news for the Obama campaign.

The Washington Times is reporting that a Sienna Research Institute poll has Romney trailing Obama by just 3% in PA, with 12% undecided.  A PPP survey found Romney trailing by 2% in WI.  It should be noted that PPP is a democrat polling organization.  

Things must be getting desperate for Obama supporters as they are now defacing Romney signs in VA. 

There is also a report that there may be a big shake up at Obama campaign headquarters.

All in all some good news for Romney/Ryan! 

BENGHAZI UPDATE II

ABC News is reporting that Ambassador Chris Stevens wanted the Security Support Team to remain with him in Libya past the end of deployment in August.  It appears that the Regional Security Officer did not specifically ask for the SST to remain.  The SST is made up of sixteen special operations soldiers, that may have been able to thwart the attack in Benghazi.

Some one at the State Department has really messed up here.  It strikes me that when an ambassador asks for continued security, there should be no question that they get it, especially in a country as unstable as Libya.

I have to wonder what these people were thinking leaving Ambassador Steven essentially unprotected!

HOPE IS NOT A STRATEGY

Mitt Romney delivered his foreign policy plan and made a scathing attack on the Obama strategy.  Romney said the Obama was naive in not understanding that there are people in the world that just want to kill Americans.  He also stated that our friends and allies around the world want more American leadership, not less.

Romney also praised the troops who sent bin Laden to sleep with the fishes.  He noted the Obama has not provided the support that our partners want and need.  

Romney also hit on the proposed cuts in military spending which would severely impact our ability to respond to more than one crises.  He also quoted General George Marshal, VMI graduate and Army Chief of Staff during WWII, who said, "The only way human beings can win a war is to prevent it.”.  

All in all it was an excellent critique of Obama's foreign policy and a road map to repair the damage Obama has done.

IRAN AND THE BOMB

The Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) is reporting that Iran is 2 - 4 months away from having enough weapons grade uranium for one nuke.  ISIS also reports it would take additional time to weaponize and build a bomb.  

This is most disturbing as it shortens the time frame to prevent Iran from building a bomb.  You can bet that Iran will want to engage in more "talks" to buy time to finish creating a bomb.

The Obama administration will naively continue with "talks', since Obama thinks he can sweet talk these Iranian fanatics out of a bomb!

OBAMA MISREPRESENTS STUDY ON ROMNEY'S TAX PLAN

Looks like Obama and his campaign are the ones lying.  The new Obama game plan is to call Romney a liar (more on this later).  Now, the author of one of the analysis of the Romney tax plan is calling out Obama.  Princeton professor Harvey Rosen, is saying that the recent Obama campaign e-mail claiming that his analysis calls for a $10,000 to $20,000 tax hike on the middle class is flat out false.

ANDREA MITCHELL OUTED BY DEMOCRATS AS PARTISAN

Andrea Mitchell, a supposed impartial journalist, has actually been outed as in the tank for Obama.  Of course, most of us already knew that just watching her spew out Obama talking points.  She is featured in a new Obama ad, claiming that Romney is not being honest on his tax plan, once again using Obama talking points.

NBC is up in arms, not because Mitchell is shown to be in Obama's back pocket, rather because NBC feels the dems are stealing their material without permission.  I am sure NBC will not sanction Mitchell in any way.

LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL ENDORSES ROMNEY

Nevada, which has a real unemployment rate of around 22% and a place Obama visits to beg for money but he does not want you going to Vegas, desperately needs for the country to have real economic growth.  Under Obama and his stooge Harry Reid, economic growth is stagnate.  

With this in mind, the Review-Journal has endorsed Mitt Romney for President.  The paper makes an excellent case for Romney and his plans to get this economy back into growth mode.

THE BLAME GAME CONTINUES!

First it was Plouffe  claiming it was all because Romney was lying.  Then the grand ans wondrous Al Gore claimed it was altitude.  One would think that the smartest man ever to be President would have figured that one out.  Next came the racists over at MSNBC trying to play the race card, claiming Obama did not want to look like as "angry black man".  Naturally, the proven liar, Stephanie Cutter, blaming poor Jim Lehrer.

Now the Obama administration is blaming John Kerry for not "channeling Romney's aggressiveness".  

Seems to me this version of the Obama campaign is acting like the Keystone Kops.  It has been Obama's way to blames anyone and anything for his self inflicted woes.  As far as I can tell, this is the first time Obama has had a record to defend, which cannot be defended, as it is pathetic and failed.  Nor did it help Obama that Romney was well prepared and ready for the debate.  Romney had facts and was able to turn back all the falsehoods and exaggerations on his plans.  All in all, a major win for Romney.

It would behoove Obama to admit he was unprepared and uninterested in this debate. It was as if Obama felt it was beneath him to debate.

BENGHAZI UPDATE

ABC News has obtained a State Department e-mail denying a request from the security team at the embassy in Libya for a DC-3 aircraft.  It is debatable if the availability of this DC-3 would have made a difference when the consulate in Benghazi was attacked.  

The issue at hand is whether or not officials at the State Department were aware of the worsening security situation in Libya as a whole and specifically in Benghazi.  The Benghazi area has been a hot bed of terrorist activity, with many of the Qaeda affiliated malitias headquarter in the region.

There are many questions to be answered about the events leading up to the attack and the apparent lack of action by the State Department security office.  I have to question why after the attack the scene was never secured.  How can there be a proper investigation, when the scene has been trampled on and potential evidence removed, such as the Ambassador's journal?  

The families of those murdered and the American people have a right to know!

UNEMPLOYMENT NUMBERS

The numbers from the BLS are, too say the least, contradictory.   The numbers from the household survey are showing a significant increase in employed people.  Here are some of the questions the BLS asks for the household survey:

The number of employed Americans comes from a government survey of 60,000 households that determines the unemployment rate. The government asks a series of questions, by phone or in person. For example:
Do you own a business? Did you work for pay? If not, did you provide unpaid work for a family business or farm? (Those who did are considered employed.)

If you are without work and help a friend or relative at their business, for no pay, the BLS considers you employed!  Remember when Bush had his jobless recovery?  The MSM told us all to be wary of the household survey, because it was accurate.  Now they take is as gospel.  The Establishment Survey shows only 114,000 jobs created.  The Establishment Survey  covers 1 out of 3 employers. 

The BLS is reporting, after upward revisions to July and August employment numbers, that 837,000 people found work, but 582,000 were part time jobs.  

Meanwhile the labor participation rate has fallen from 66.1% in 2008 to 63.6% in September.

PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE I

It is clear to me, along with many others, that Romney was a clear winner in this debate and it was not even close.  For the first time Obama actually had to defend is dismal record and that sent Obama back on his heels.  Romney was aggressive, without being disrespectful, was well prepared and engaged, and knew his facts.  He also took Obama and his campaign to task on the falsehoods they have been spreading on Romney's plans.   

Obama was flat, on the defensive and had a look that conveyed to me, that he really did not want to be there.  His answers were mostly the campaign talking points.  As for Lehrer, he did try to be fair, though it was not easy and his preference for Obama did leak through at times.  Romney would not let Lehrer get away with cutting him off.  

Naturally, the Obama campaign and die hard supporters claimed that nothing change as far as moving voters.  The Hollywood left was particularly adamant that the debate  did not change their vote.  Here is a flash for them, the debates are not about changing the minds of hard core supporters, they are about moving the soft supporters and undecideds, along with independents to the candidate's side.  Most of the left would still support Obama if they saw him murder some one.

Just a note to some of the hollywood types.  Joy Behar called Romney a liar.  Ok Joy, prove it.   As for Sammy Jackson, who said no ones' vote were changed, obviously he did not see the focus group of undecideds and how many of them moved to the Romney side.

Those in the Obama campaign, whined about how hard Romney prepared, which just gives you a further insight to their thoughts that hard work is evil and unfair!  Of course they also claimed Romney was lying.

All in all it was a very good night for Romney and a rather bad night for Obama.  I look for the Axelrod machine to start trying to throw out dirt and try to spin what Romney said.

ANTI-ISRAEL ADVOCATE REPS U.S. AT RIGHTS CONFRENCE

Salam al-Marayati has been selected to represent the US at the human rights conference sponsored by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).  This fellow, al-Marayati has been criticized for defending terrorist and blaming Israel for 9/11.  Considering al-Marayati will be speaking in Warsaw, Poland, which was home to the largest Jewish ghetto during WWII, what message is this sending to the Jewish people?  

Is this another example of Obama telling Israel they do not matter?   Just a note to all my Jewish friends who love Israel, how can you possibly vote for Obama?

OBAMA TO REIMBURSE COMPANIES THAT VIOLATE THE WARN ACT

The Office of Management and Budget(OMB) is promising to pay the legal costs of any company that violates the WARN Act.  The WARN Act requires employers to warn employees 60 days before mass layoffs.  With sequestration looming, several defense contractors are mulling sending out those notices.  The Obama campaign is very worried over the impact of mass layoff notices going out, especially is swing states such as Virgina, where thousands of jobs could be at stake.  

Instead of leading and working with Congress to resolve this issue, Obama is too busy campaigning and fund raising.  Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan would be getting sequestration resolved.  

As with anything this administration does there are strings attached.  In order to be eligible for taxpayer reimbursement, the companies that choose to violate the WARN Act, have to follow the Department of Labor guidance, what ever it is.  Who knows what that will be.  

Just some friendly advice to Lockheed management and stockholders:  Should sequestration happen and mass layoffs occur, I seriously doubt Lockheed will see a penny of taxpayer money to reimburse for the legal costs.  Several law makers are on record saying they will block any funds for that purpose.  The fallout of the lawsuits could potentially bankrupt Lockheed Martin. 

 As a side note, where is the MSM on this?  This is just another case of the MSM protecting Obama.  Had George W. Bush proposed this, the MSM would be in a lather!

SECURITY REQUESTS DENIED FOR BENGHAZI

Diplomats in Libya made repeated requests for increased security in Benghazi, but all those requests were denied by the State Department.  One would think that after two bombings at the consulate in Benghazi, (http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2012/10/02/u-s-consulate-in-benghazi-bombed-twice-in-run-up-to-9-11-anniversary.html), security would have been beefed up.  Add to that threats that were made against the consulate,  one has to wonder why security was not increased.  Some one made a conscious decision not to pay head to these requests or warning sings.

The question now becomes who is responsible for these decisions and how does it go.  Did our murdered Ambassador relay his concerns to State and if so, why were they not heeded.  It is no wonder that this administration is trying to cover all this up.  It is really a damn pity that the MSM is incapable of doing its job and properly investigate what happened and who is responsible.  I guess getting Obama re-elected is more important than the truth!

The question that needs to be answered is , who knew what and when did they know it.  There have been several reports that the Obama administration knew it was a terror attack within twenty four hours, but still they clung to their story that is was all caused by some video trailer.  One must ask why.

The administration sent the FBI to investigate, but no one secured the scene.  It was so open, CNN was able to obtain the Ambassador's journal.  Now they have pulled out all staff,(http://www.theatlanticwire.com/global/2012/10/us-pulls-all-its-staff-out-benghazi/57491/), and the FBI has not been to the scene, because it is too dangerous.  Not that any evidence could be obtained as the scene was never properly secured!

So Joe Biden finally admits that the middle class has suffered for the last four years.  Um, Joe, who set the economic policy for the last four years?  Just to remind you,  Joe, it was your boss Barak.  Yes, his and your economic policies have failed and failed miserably.  Either you cannot read or have trouble with reading comprehension.  There is nothing in Romney's plan that calls for tax hikes.  In fact, it calls for across the board tax rate cuts.

UNIVISION INVESTIGATES "FAST AND FURIOUS"

Univision has released a scathing investigation of the Fast and Furious scandal.  Their investigation has tied the attack on a party consisting of some 60 teenagers, to guns walked across the border by BATFE.  14 young men and women were killed and 12 more wounded.  

Univision was very thorough in their investigation and pulled no punches.  The video and pictures used are very graphic, so you may want to be prepared should you go to the article.  

What I find most disturbing is that Univision believes that we Americans did not care about the murders in Mexico, caused by these weapons, until Brian Terry was killed.  All I can say is before Brian Terry was murdered, the American public had no idea about Fast and Furious.
